Established in 1988, Gelder Group is a multi-award-winning, Lincolnshire-based construction company delivering new build, refurbishment, maintenance and specialist construction services across a wide range of sectors.

With extensive experience in commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, residential, leisure and public-sector projects, Gelder Group provides a complete construction service through four specialist divisions: Commercial, Facilities, Repair & Maintenance, Insurance Repair & Renovation, and Gelder Living.

Our Commercial division delivers new build, refurbishment, extension and maintenance projects across a wide range of sectors, with experience of working within live and operational environments. We manage projects from pre-construction through to completion, coordinating all aspects of delivery to ensure quality, programme, health and safety and stakeholder requirements are effectively managed.

Our Facilities, Repair & Maintenance (FRM) division provides planned and reactive maintenance, mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, void refurbishments, adaptations and general building services. The division supports clients in keeping their buildings safe, operational and well maintained, with the ability to respond quickly to issues and minimise disruption. This combination of construction and ongoing maintenance capability enables Gelder Group to support clients throughout the lifecycle of their buildings.

Our Insurance Repair & Renovation division provides specialist expertise in repairing and restoring buildings following fire, flood, storm, water, subsidence and other damage, while Gelder Living brings our construction expertise to residential development.
